Key Responsibilities:

- **Patient Care**:

- Perform thorough and efficient medical evaluations of patients presenting with a wide range of acute and emergent conditions.
- Provide immediate resuscitation, stabilization, and treatment of patients with life-threatening conditions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as necessary.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., blood tests, radiographs, CT scans).
- **Clinical Duties**:

- Conduct rapid assessments to determine the severity of the patient's condition and prioritize treatment based on acuity.
- Perform emergency procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, chest tube placement, and wound suturing.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Initiate appropriate referrals to specialists and facilitate patient transfer to other departments or healthcare facilities when necessary.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate and timely medical records of patient care, including history, examinations, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up plans.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and protocols, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities within the emergency department.
- **Communication**:

- Effectively communicate with patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and prognosis.
- Provide clear and concise handover information to other healthcare professionals during shift changes or patient transfers.
- **Education and Training**:

- Mentor and supervise junior medical staff, interns, and medical students.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing medical education (CME) activities to stay current with advances in emergency medicine.
- Engage in training programs and simulations to enhance skills in emergency care and procedures.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with the emergency department team to ensure smooth operations and high standards of patient care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Shift allowance
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
