Job Description: Academic Counsellor - Data Science & Data Analytics Course

**Position**: Academic Counsellor
**Department**: Sales & Student Counselling
**Location**: On-site Sector 3 Noida
**Experience**: 1-2 years preferred
**Education**: Graduate (any discipline)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Calls**:

- Proactively reach out to prospective students through phone calls and other communication channels to provide detailed information about the Data Science & Data Analytics courses.
- Follow up with leads to answer queries, address concerns, and motivate them to enroll.
- **Counselling & Guidance**:

- Understand the individual goals and aspirations of students and recommend suitable course options.
- Educate prospective students about the benefits, features, and outcomes of IIM SKILLS courses.
- **Lead Management**:

- Maintain and update lead data in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent engagement to maximize conversion rates.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve conversions.
- **Market Feedback**:

- Provide insights and feedback from prospective students to help refine the course offerings and marketing strategies.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English with a persuasive and empathetic approach.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Basic knowledge of Data Science & Analytics (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
