Job Responsibilities:
Machine Operation: Assist in operating CNC, lathe, milling, and other manufacturing machines.

Assembly Work: Perform assembling and fitting tasks as per work instructions.

Quality Inspection: Conduct basic quality checks using gauges, micrometers, and other tools.

Maintenance Support: Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines.

Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials and finished products as required.

Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and use PPE while working.

Documentation: Maintain records of production, maintenance, and quality reports.

Process Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives like 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing.

Skills Required:
✔ Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical tools and equipment

✔ Ability to read technical drawings (if applicable)

✔ Understanding of safety guidelines in a factory environment

✔ Willingness to learn and work in shifts

✔ Teamwork and adaptability

Educational Qualification:
ITI (Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Electrician, Welder, Tool & Die Maker, etc.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
