**Responsibilities**

**_Movi Monitoring for ISC servers and devices _**

**_Solve Movi Alerts for ISC and Monitor Movi console _**

**_Sending daily, weekly and bi-weekly reports for 3S Server _**

**_Login to server and solve critical, warning and unknown alerts _**

**_Maintain good quality score in VIQCT _**

**_Prepare documents and procedures for 3S server topics _**

**_Report on Jira daily incoming tickets with topic wise _**

**_Report on Jira daily Pending tickets of engineers _**

**_Report on Jira daily how many tickets engineer resolve _**

**_Check Jira ticket quality for the comments entered by engineers _**

**Experience / knowledge**
- **Intern preferably with BSC or BCA stream.**
- **Good understanding of servers and Infrastructure fundamentals**
- **Knowledge on LAN & Networking concepts and hardwares.**
- **Knowledge on Operating system concepts**
- **Knowledge in system and communication ports(TCP/UDP)**
- **Excellent written and verbal communication.**
- **Outstanding communication and presentation abilities**
- **Excellent interpersonal skills**
