**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly experienced, visionary, and disciplined education leader to serve as the **Principal** of an **Army School**. The Principal will be responsible for the effective functioning, academic excellence, discipline, and holistic development of the institution in alignment with the values and guidelines set by **Army Welfare Education Society (AWES)** and the respective **School Management Committee (SMC)**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Academic Leadership**
- Ensure implementation of curriculum (CBSE or relevant board) with quality teaching and learning practices.
- Promote academic excellence by encouraging innovative teaching methodologies and continual teacher training.
- Monitor student performance and set benchmarks for academic results.
- Guide the implementation of value-based education, co-curricular activities, and student enrichment programs.
**Administrative Management**
- Oversee daily operations of the school including timetable, admissions, discipline, attendance, examinations, and events.
- Ensure effective management of human resources—teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Prepare annual budget, manage school funds, and supervise maintenance of school infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with AWES/CBSE/State Education Department policies and inspections.
- **Staff Supervision & Development**:
- Lead recruitment, orientation, appraisal, and professional development of faculty and staff.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure staff adheres to rules, regulations, and expected standards of conduct and performance.
**Student Development**
- Promote discipline, moral education, leadership, and patriotism among students.
- Oversee student welfare programs and address academic, behavioral, and emotional needs.
- Ensure implementation of inclusive education practices and safety protocols.
**Parent & Community Engagement**
- Maintain effective communication with parents through PTMs, circulars, and open forums.
- Liaise with Army authorities, education boards, and external stakeholders for school development.
- Represent the school at official functions, conferences, and community events.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹175,000.00 per month
