We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development and Marketing Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase student enrollment and expand market reach.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Create and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
- Organize and participate in events, fairs, and exhibitions to promote the institution.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Prepare and present reports on business development and marketing activities to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development and marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.

Pay: ₹8,825.81 - ₹32,274.72 per month
