**Experience**:
- 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in a sales or administrative role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management:
- Track and manage leads and prospects using spreadsheets.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain communication logs.
2. **Data Entry and Maintenance**:
- Input and update sales data in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Generate and maintain accurate sales reports and dashboards.
3. **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to the senior sales person.
4. **Process Optimization**:
- Help streamline sales processes and improve efficiency using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Create and manage sales-related documentation and workflows.
5. **Coordination**:
- Coordinate with the senior sales person to schedule meetings, follow-ups, and other activities.
- Assist in preparing presentations and sales materials.
6. **Support**:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects related to sales operations.
**Skills Required**:
1. **Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets**:
- Advanced skills in formulas, data analysis, pivot tables, and creating dashboards.
2. **Organizational Skills**:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
3. **Communication Skills**:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with prospects and team members.
4. **Analytical Skills**:
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
5. **Problem-Solving**:
- Proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
