We are actively hiring a results-driven **Locums Recruiter** to support rapid nationwide expansion. This is a high-volume recruiting role ideal for someone passionate about healthcare, sales, and building relationships that make a difference.

**About the Role**
The Locums Recruiter connects top Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers (NPs, PAs), and CRNAs with hospitals and healthcare facilities across the U.S. for short-term and long-term assignments. The role focuses on quality, compliance, and a provider-first approach.

**What You’ll Do**
- Achieve a minimum of 3 placements (start/closure) per month.
- Build long-term relationships by understanding provider needs and aligning them with open assignments.
- Collaborate with sales, credentialing, and account management teams to ensure timely and compliant placements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ATS/CRM platforms.
- Track recruiting KPIs and continuously improve based on performance goals.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of staffing or recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare or locum tenens.
- Proven track record in high-volume recruiting/sales environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and accountability to performance metrics.
- Tech-savvy with experience using ATS/CRM tools (Bullhorn preferred).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- A passion for improving access to quality healthcare.

**Bonus Points If You Have**
- Locum Tenens or healthcare recruiting experience
- Knowledge of provider credentialing, licensure, and compliance
- Understanding of staffing agency operations or MSP/VMS processes

Pay: From ₹315,000.00 per year
