**Post - Mis Executive**

As MIS Executive, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, generating reports, and providing valuable insight to support strategic decision - making and operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Data Management and Analysis**
- Collect, validate, and maintain data from multiple sources ,including property listings, sales transactions, market trends, and financial reports.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns and key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the Real Estate industry.
- Develop data models and implements strategies to enhance data quality and integrity.

**2.Reporting and Dashboards**
- Prepare and present regular, Executive summaries and visual dashboard to provide insight on market trends, property performance sales forecasting and other key matrices.

**3. Performance Monitoring and Evaluation**
- Monitoring and evaluate the performance of Real Estate projects, sales teams and marketing campaigns based on predefined metrics.
- Identify areas of improvements and provide actionable recommendations to optimize operational efficiency, revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research and competitive analysis to benchmark the company’s performance against industry standards.

**4. Data Base Management**
- Maintain and update the company database, ensure data accuracy, integrity and security.
- Develop and implement data management processes, including data extraction, cleansing, transformation and loading.

**Qualifications and skills**
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, an MIS functions within the Real Estate industry.
- Proficiency in database management system SQL and Oracle. And data visualization tools Tableau, Power BI.

**Salary : 15000/ to 25000/**

**Working days - **6 days working in a week.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
