**About the Position**:
Are you passionate about education and technology? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated **B.Ed. /M.Ed./ any tech graduate** to conduct **Artificial Intelligence (AI)** workshops in government schools across Punjab. This role is perfect for aspiring educators looking to enhance their skills in **classroom management, lesson planning, and interactive teaching methodologies** while making a real-world impact on school education.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct AI Workshops: Deliver engaging and interactive Artificial Intelligence workshops in government schools, ensuring students grasp foundational AI concepts.
- Develop Lesson Plans: Create and implement structured lesson plans tailored to the curriculum and student understanding levels.
- Classroom Management: Effectively manage classrooms by fostering a disciplined, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
- Technical Setup and Troubleshooting: Oversee technical arrangements, such as setting up laptops and projectors, and resolve minor issues to ensure smooth sessions.
- Doubt Resolution: Facilitate interactive doubt-clearing sessions to address student queries and reinforce AI concepts.
- Evaluate Student Projects: Assess AI-based student projects, providing constructive feedback to encourage creativity and critical thinking.
- Engage Stakeholders: Build and maintain positive relationships with school principals, teachers, and students, serving as a bridge between CSRBOX and schools.
- Session Coordination: Coordinate and assist with session logistics, including scheduling, maintaining attendance records, and tracking program progress.
- Support Virtual Training: Assist in conducting virtual sessions on platforms like Zoom, ensuring active participation and smooth facilitation.
- Data Collection and Reporting: Compile data for monitoring and evaluation, prepare session reports, and share insights with the senior team for program improvement.
- Content Development: Collaborate in creating engaging educational content and assist in curating posts for social media to promote the program’s impact.
- Program Feedback: Provide innovative suggestions and actionable feedback to enhance the training program and delivery.
- Additional Responsibilities: Support the senior team with operational tasks and take on additional responsibilities as assigned to ensure program success.

**Mandatory Qualification and Experience**:

- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)/ Master of Education (M.Ed.)/ Tech background or any technical course from a recognized institution
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Open for travel across the district.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and technology.
- Must own a laptop and smartphone for conducting sessions.
