**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Video Production**: Capture, film, and edit video content for various platforms including social media, websites, internal communications, events, and marketing materials.

**Pre-production Planning**: Collaborate with creative teams, and other stakeholders to plan video shoots, understand project goals, and ensure that all technical aspects of the shoot are accounted for.

**Post-production**: Edit and enhance video footage, including color correction, sound mixing, and adding special effects or graphics, ensuring the final product aligns with the brand's style and objectives.

**Equipment Management**: Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear. Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition.

**Storytelling**: Use visual techniques and editing skills to tell compelling stories, ensuring the final product resonates with the target audience.

**Collaborate with Teams**: Work closely with marketing, design, and other departments to ensure video content aligns with the company’s brand identity and goals.

**Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with the latest video production trends, techniques, and technologies to continually improve video quality and creative output.

**Client & Stakeholder Communication**: Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and external vendors to ensure video projects are delivered on time and meet expectations.

**Qualifications**

Experience: 2+ years of professional videography experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates a wide range of video styles (e.g., promotional, corporate, event, social media).

**Technical Skills**: Proficiency with professional video equipment (DSLR or phone) and editing software ( Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.) or mobile apps (VN, Inshot, Capcut)

**Creativity**: Strong creative vision with the ability to bring unique ideas to life and tell engaging stories through video.

**Attention to Detail**: Exceptional attention to detail in all stages of video production, from planning and filming to editing and post-production.

**Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

**Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Desired Skills**

Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
