**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Greet customers in a warm and professional manner
  • Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about ingredients or specials)
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
  • Serve orders promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Check in with guests to ensure everything is to their satisfaction
  • Clear tables, clean up after guests, and reset tables for new arrivals
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Process bills and handle payments using POS systems
  • Follow all hygiene, health, and safety guidelines
  • Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service

**Requirements and Skills**

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a waiter or in customer service is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good memory and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
