Job Description: 3D Animator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative 3D Animator to join our dynamic team. As a 3D Animator, you will play a crucial role in bringing characters, objects, and environments to life through captivating animations. Your expertise will contribute to the visual storytelling of our projects, spanning industries such as gaming, film, advertising, and more.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and artistic visions for animations.

Develop high-quality 3D animations that align with project goals and objectives.

Create character animations, including realistic movement, facial expressions, and gestures, ensuring they resonate with the intended emotions and personalities.

Generate fluid and dynamic animations for objects and environments, enhancing the overall visual appeal of the project.

Implement rigging and skinning to models, enabling seamless movement and deformation during animation.

Participate in animation pre-production activities, such as storyboarding and animatics, to establish the animation's pacing and flow.

Collaborate with other departments, such as modeling, texturing, and lighting, to ensure animations integrate smoothly into the final product.

Iterate and refine animations based on feedback from the creative team, directors, and stakeholders.

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in 3D animation techniques and tools, incorporating new techniques into your workflow.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Animation, Computer Graphics, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience as a 3D Animator, demonstrating a strong portfolio of previous work.

Proficiency in industry-standard 3D animation software, such as Maya, 3ds Max, Adobe After Effect, Adobe premiere pro

Solid understanding of animation principles, including timing, weight, anticipation, and follow-through.

Knowledge of character rigging, skinning, and deformation techniques.

Strong artistic eye and attention to detail, with the ability to convey emotions and narratives through animations.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Ability to take constructive feedback and make necessary adjustments to animations.

Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize animations for performance and visual quality.

Previous experience in gaming, film, advertising, or related industries is desirable.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:
