**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in installation of solar panels, inverters, and related equipment.
- Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting of solar systems.
- Perform wiring, cabling, and connections under supervision.
- Support in testing, inspection, and quality checks of solar projects.
- Ensure safe work practices and follow company safety guidelines.
- Maintain proper record of work completed and materials used.
- Provide on-site support to engineers and project managers.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in solar / electrical field (freshers can also apply).
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and tools.
- Ability to work on rooftops and outdoor project sites.
- Willingness to travel for project work if required.
