high-quality academic programs that comply with the ICSE curriculum and cater to the diverse needs of

learners. Recruit, motivate, and mentor a team of highly qualified and dedicated teachers and staff. Conduct

regular teacher evaluations and provide professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and

knowledge. Foster a positive and collaborative school culture that promotes inclusivity, mutual respect, and

a strong sense of community. Build strong relationships with parents, stakeholders, and the local

community. Represent the school effectively in various forums and external engagements. Ensure

compliance with all relevant regulations and policies of the ICSE board and other governing bodies. Monitor

student progress and academic performance, analyzing data and implementing necessary interventions.

Manage the school budget effectively and secure additional resources when needed. Oversee the

maintenance and upkeep of the school infrastructure and facilities. Be readily available to address student

concerns, emergencies, and crises. Master's degree in Education or a related field, preferably specializing in School Leadership or Administration. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Principal or

senior leader in an ICSE school. Demonstrated track record of success in improving student academic

achievement and overall school performance.Strong understanding of the ICSE curriculum and pedagogy.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to motivate and inspire teachers,

staff, and students. Strong commitment to the holistic development of children. Collaborative and

relationship-building skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent English

language communication skills, both written and oral.

Working Hours / Timings: - 09:30 am to 6:30 pm

Working Days: - Monday-Saturday

Age Criteria: - 55years

1st Language Preferred: - English
