As a Warehouse/Fabric Executive for our T-Shirt brand, you will be responsible for managing the inventory and ensuring efficient operations within the warehouse. Your primary focus will be on fabric management, including receiving, storing, organizing, and tracking fabric inventory. Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely delivery of fabrics to support production requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive, inspect, and record fabric deliveries, verifying accuracy and quality against purchase orders and specifications.
- Organize and maintain fabric inventory, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and identification for easy retrieval.
- Implement and oversee inventory management processes, including cycle counting, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to forecast fabric requirements and coordinate timely replenishment to avoid stockouts or delays in production.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure the availability of the required fabrics as per production schedules.
- Conduct regular physical inventory audits to reconcile system records with actual stock levels and investigate any discrepancies.
- Monitor fabric utilization patterns, analyze consumption data, and provide insights for optimizing inventory levels and reducing wastage.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of fabric inventory using inventory management software or spreadsheets.
- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and fabric consumption for management review.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining proper safety and security measures within the warehouse to protect inventory and prevent loss or damage.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management, preferably in the garment or têxtile industry.
- In-depth knowledge of inventory management principles, procedures, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of fabric characteristics, storage requirements, and handling procedures.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software or MS Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
