**Job Title**: Coffee Maker / Juice Maker / Snack Maker

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coffee Preparation**:

- Brew a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and iced coffee, following established recipes.
- Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines and grinders with skill and attention to detail.
- Ensure consistency and quality of all coffee beverages served.
- Maintain coffee equipment, keeping it clean and well-maintained at all times.
- **Juice Preparation**:

- Prepare fresh, high-quality juices and smoothies, including custom blends based on customer preferences.
- Handle juicing equipment carefully and ensure all fruits and vegetables are fresh and prepared hygienically.
- Clean and maintain juice-making equipment after each use.
- **Snack Preparation**:

- Prepare a variety of snacks, such as sandwiches, wraps, pastries, and light bites, according to the café's menu.
- Follow recipes and portion sizes to ensure snacks are consistent and meet the café’s quality standards.
- Monitor snack ingredients and restock as necessary to keep up with customer demand.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take orders, provide recommendations on beverages and snacks, and ensure timely service.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, ensuring they leave with a positive experience.
- **Inventory and Stock Management**:

- Keep track of inventory for coffee beans, juice ingredients, snacks, and other supplies.
- Ensure that ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Inform management when stock levels are low or if any ingredients need replenishment.
- **Cleaning and Sanitation**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café counter and kitchen areas.
- Clean coffee and juicing machines, snack preparation stations, and utensils regularly to ensure hygiene.
- Adhere to food safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other café staff to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy hours.
- Assist with general café duties, such as cleaning tables, restocking supplies, or delivering orders as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Coffee Maker, Juice Maker, Snack Maker, or in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso preparation, and juice-making.
- Ability to prepare and serve a variety of snacks, sandwiches, and light bites.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: Competitive salary based on experience, with performance-based incentives

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
