**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Production**: Create compelling and professional videos for social media, ads, marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms using Canva's video editing tools.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s branding guidelines, including color schemes, typography, and logo usage.
- **Template Development**: Design reusable templates for marketing campaigns, social media posts, presentations, and more, ensuring ease of use for team members.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand design needs and produce visuals that support business objectives and marketing strategies.
- **Content Optimization**: Tailor designs and videos for different platforms, ensuring that all content is optimized for the specific medium (e.g., Instagram stories, Facebook posts, YouTube videos, etc.).
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated on design trends, video editing techniques, and platform-specific guidelines to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Proficiency in Canva**: Expert-level knowledge and experience in using Canva’s design tools and templates for both static and animated designs.
- **Video Editing Skills**: Solid experience creating and editing videos, including the use of Canva's video editing features (animation, transitions, text overlays, etc.).
- **Design Principles**: Strong understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, composition, and branding.
- **Creativity**: Ability to think creatively and outside the box to produce unique, high-quality designs and videos that capture attention and tell a story.
- **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail, ensuring that designs are pixel-perfect, professional, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and understand project requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
