**Key Responsibilities - B2B Field Sales (Industrial Sector)**:
- **B2B Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**:
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new industrial clients (e.g., manufacturers, distributors, or corporate buyers).
- Build and nurture long-term business relationships with procurement heads, plant managers, and decision-makers.
- **Technical Sales & Solution Selling**:
- Conduct on-site product presentations and demos tailored to the client’s operational needs.
- Act as a technical advisor, recommending the right industrial solutions based on customer challenges.
- **Sales Target Execution**:
- Strategically plan visits and meetings to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Close deals while maintaining profit margins and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Territory & Route Planning**:
- Manage assigned territory efficiently with strategic scheduling of field visits.
- Map industrial zones and develop new business opportunities through cold visits and referrals.
- **Quotation, Negotiation & Order Closure**:
- Prepare and present customized quotations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to close B2B deals professionally.
- **Coordination with Internal Teams**:
- Liaise with supply chain, technical, and after-sales support teams to ensure smooth delivery and service.
- Provide regular updates to management on order status, pipeline, and forecast.
- **Market Intelligence & Reporting**:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback in CRM tools or reports.
- **Post-Sale Support & Client Retention**:
- Ensure timely after-sales service and resolve any client concerns.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions to existing clients.
