**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and develop modern, responsive websites using HTML and CSS.
- Create visually appealing layouts, graphics, and UI/UX designs that enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with developers and other team members to implement designs effectively.
- Ensure website designs are optimized for performance and mobile responsiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- **Proficiency in HTML and CSS** (mandatory).
- Strong design skills and experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Familiarity with JavaScript and other web technologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.

**Qualifications**
- A degree or certification in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- **1+ years of experience** in web designing or a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
