SEO & Digital Marketing Executive

Responsible for increasing complete Organic traffic via Search Engine Optimization
- Responsible for creating and increasing website backlinks on a big level
- Responsible for the execution, coordinating, and implementation of SEO activities for clients
- Performing keyword research to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
- Performing competitor website analysis as well as backlink analysis
- Suggest recommendations to optimize the websites from the user as well search engine perspective
- Recommendations based on shortcomings identified through technical analysis and based on competition study
- Should have sound knowledge of - All search engines including Google, Safari, Microsoft Edge, etc.
- Carrying out offsite activities such as Directory submission, Business Listing, Blog posting, Social Bookmarking
- Carrying out SEO Audit work, and bloggers' activities in order to get quality backlinks for the clients
- Perform research about industry trends to create content relevant to audiences as well as Meetings with content agencies to discuss Content Strategies, Trends & Flow, etc.
- Social Media Savvy: Comfortable with key social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc. In touch with the trending topics, music, content tricks.
- Content Creation Expert: Can create stylish video content in the form of reels, stories, interviews to capture key communication points for a product/brand/topic.
- Knowledge of trends: Should be updated with social/viral trends. Should be able to mold content as per the trends and target audience.
- Communication Skills: Should be able to independently execute content ideas and have good verbal communication skills and a pleasant personality.
- Independent Execution: Should have a high-end mobile device with good video-photography quality. Should have a personal vehicle to travel across Ahmedabad to visit targeted locations
- Strategize and optimize Google Ad, Facebook & Instagram Ad campaigns in order to meet the business goals
- Implement data tracking and perform data analysis on the ads
- To research and develop ads campaigns and to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Creating custom audiences and lookalike audiences.
- Building out campaign frameworks inside ad accounts.
- Writing ad copy that drives conversions.
- Facebook & Google Ads Experience is a MUST HAVE ( 2+ years)
- Planning, development and execution of national digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables.
- Leading ongoing management of digital touch points, social networking landing pages, and mobile.
- Managing digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules.
- Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting.
- Developing and coordinating multimedia packages.Job Requirement

- MS Office Suite, Google Analytics, Google My Business
- Strong people skills; ability to hold an insightful conversation and be able to collaborate with various teams
- Research: Research online based on the product/topic brief created to develop content ideas.
- Utilize various digital publishing platforms to create structured drafts/presentations.
- Promotions & Targeting: Experience in social media promotions and targeting will be advantageous.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 1 - 3 years working experience in digital ads campaign management
- At least 1 - 3 years working experience in ecommerce domain
- Understanding and experience in managing all digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads / Business Manager, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity, can-do attitude & energetic
- Possesses a creative mind set and passion for digital marketing
