**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation and Conversion**:

- Make 60-100 outbound calls per day to prospective students to promote various training programs.
- Provide detailed information on course offerings, structure, fees, and career benefits.
- Engage potential students, understand their needs, and recommend the most suitable course options.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and walk-ins to ensure conversion into enrollments.
- **Achieving Targets**:

- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets set by the company.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and regular communication with prospective students to maximize conversions.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective students by managing leads through various CRM tools.
- **Counseling and Support**:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions over the phone or in person to assist students in understanding course offerings.
- Answer all student queries regarding course content, fees, career outcomes, and admission processes.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Keep detailed records of all interactions with potential students in the CRM system.
- Track progress, analyze conversion rates, and provide daily and weekly reports on lead status and admission numbers.
- Identify areas for improvement in counseling techniques to increase conversion rates.
- **Collaboration and Feedback**:

- Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to align strategies and meet enrollment goals.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and areas for marketing improvement.
- Stay updated on course curriculum, fees, schedules, and industry trends to provide accurate information.

**Key Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Additional certifications in counseling or sales will be an advantage.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in student counseling, telesales, or customer service, preferably within the education or training sector.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam. Proficiency in Tamil is an added advantage.
- **Age Range**: 22 to 35 years.
- **Target-driven**: Must be highly motivated, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales or admission targets.
- **Tech Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and telecommunication tools.
- **Time Management**: Ability to handle a high volume of calls daily while maintaining quality conversations.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
