**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with current marketing trends.
- Contribute to short and long-term planning, providing marketing insights.
- Create brand-building initiatives to enhance brand awareness.
- Generate leads through various marketing channels.
- Prepare marketing analysis reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Utilize marketing tools and software to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA degree in Marketing and Finance (dual specialization).
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience.

**SKILLS**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and tactics.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership and project management skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and software.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
