**About The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the team and the Managing Director/CEO to identify and execute initiatives that align with the company’s goals, including researching market trends, conducting competitive analysis, and proposing innovative strategies.
- Contribute to the development of a product aimed at enabling academic toppers, leveraging your understanding of their needs and challenges to create impactful solutions.
- Conduct risk assessment, mitigation planning, and monitoring in collaboration with teams.
- Help create and maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and deadlines adhered to.
- Prepare regular project status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Help manage the project backlog and prioritize tasks based on strategic objectives.
- Assist in resource allocation to ensure teams have the necessary tools and support.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and offer suggestions to enhance efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing/Completed bachelor's in Business Administration (BBA), Business Management Studies (BMS), or Engineering or any related field.
- Achieved a **minimum of 95% marks** in Class 10th and Class 12th examinations,
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Basic Strong persuasive abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in both a team environment and independently.
