MnD Design and Management is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Data** **Digitization Executive** to help modernize our inventory management process. We currently maintain all stock-related records manually on registers. Your primary responsibility will be to **collaborate with our inventory team and convert these handwritten records into a structured, digital format**, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and ease of access.

This is a key role in streamlining our operations and reducing errors, and it offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the company’s growth and system development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Digitize and maintain accurate records of **stock in/out, challans, and material movement**:

- Work closely with our existing **2-member inventory team** to understand manual processes and ensure smooth data migration
- Create and update **digital inventory logs** using Excel, Google Sheets, or other relevant tools
- Establish simple, user-friendly digital systems that the team can adopt long-term
- Assist in developing templates or dashboards for inventory tracking
- Identify and flag inconsistencies between physical and book stock
- Generate weekly or monthly reports as required by management

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **data entry**, **inventory management**, or **process digitization**:

- Strong knowledge of **Excel / Google Sheets** (formulas, tables, conditional formatting, etc.)
- Understanding of basic inventory terms (stock in, stock out, challans, returns, etc.)
- Ability to collaborate with non-technical staff and translate manual workflows into digital systems
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and a problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with materials used in furniture/interior manufacturing is a plus
