**Job Overview**:
As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing the organization's documents and records in accordance with established procedures and standards. You will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of documents, while facilitating efficient document retrieval and distribution processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement document control procedures and standards to ensure the efficient management of documents and records.
- Maintain a centralized document management system to store, organize, and track electronic and hard copy documents.
- Manage the lifecycle of documents, including creation, review, approval, distribution, retrieval, and disposal.
- Ensure that documents are properly formatted, labeled, and version-controlled to prevent errors and inconsistencies.
- Perform regular audits and inspections of documents to verify compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Coordinate document review and approval processes with relevant stakeholders, including project teams, departments, and external partners.
- Facilitate document retrieval and distribution processes, ensuring that authorized personnel have access to the necessary documents in a timely manner.
- Provide training and support to employees on document control procedures, software tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize document management systems and resolve technical issues or limitations.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive or confidential documents, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

**Qualifications and requirements**:

- A minimum **8 years** related experience
- Good command of the **English** language

**Bachelor's** degree in business administration, information management, or a related field
- Good knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Hands-on experience with **MS Office and MS Excel, and PowerPoint.**
- Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems; SharePoint, or Documentum.

Pay: ₹1.00 - ₹2.00 per month
