Freelance Product Animator

We are seeking a talented and creative Freelance Product Animator specializing in coffee machine animation for marketing purposes. As a Product Animator, you will be responsible for bringing our coffee machine to life through captivating and visually appealing animations that showcase its functionality and features

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Animation Creation**: Create high-quality animations that effectively demonstrate the functionality and operation of coffee machines. This includes showcasing features such as brewing options, customization, maintenance procedures, and other relevant functions.
- ** Concept Development**: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand the key selling points and unique features of the coffee machines. Translate these concepts into engaging and visually appealing animations that effectively communicate the machines' benefits to potential customers.
- ** Storyboarding and Visualization**: Develop storyboards and visual concepts that outline the animation sequences and transitions. Use your artistic skills to create compelling visuals that effectively convey the message and purpose of the animations.
- ** 3D modeling and animation**: Utilize 3D software such as 3ds Max to model and animate the coffee machine, ensuring accurate representation and smooth movement. Experience with Adobe After Effects is a plus.
- ** Fluid simulation** (liquid): If proficient in liquid simulation, incorporate realistic fluid dynamics into the animation to depict coffee brewing or other related actions. Knowledge of liquid simulation tools or plugins is highly desirable.
- ** Timing and synchronization**: Demonstrate a strong sense of timing and synchronization to ensure that the animations are engaging, impactful, and in line with the desired marketing objectives.
- ** Collaboration and feedback**: Work closely with the marketing team to incorporate feedback and make necessary adjustments to the animations, ensuring they meet project requirements and align with the brand's visual identity.
- ** Quality Assurance**: Conduct thorough testing and review of the animations to ensure they meet the desired standards in terms of quality, visual appeal, and accuracy. Make necessary adjustments and refinements as needed.
- ** Technical Expertise**: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools related to animation and 3D modeling.

**Requirements**:

- ** Experience**: 3+ years of experience in product animation
- ** Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing previous animation work, particularly product animations. Highlight your ability to bring inanimate objects to life through creative and engaging animations.
- ** Animation expertise**: Proven experience in 3D animation, with a solid understanding of principles such as timing, physics, and character/object movement. Experience with coffee machine animations or related product animations is a plus.
- ** Software proficiency**: Proficiency in 3ds Max, for modeling and animation. Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus, as it may be required for post-production or compositing purposes.
- ** Liquid simulation** (optional): Familiarity with liquid simulation tools or plugins is highly desirable, as it can enhance the realism and impact of the animations.
- ** Attention to detail**: A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring that the animations accurately represent the coffee machine's design, materials, and functionality.
- ** Communication and teamwork**: Excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and a positive attitude towards incorporating feedback and revisions.
