We are hiring AR Callers (RCM US Healthcare) with hands-on experience in Physician Billing

Job location : C-138, Phase-8 (Industrial Area), Mohali (Punjab)

**Shift: Night (US Timings)**

**Work from Office Job**

**Domain: US Healthcare (RCM)**

**Experience required: 1 to 4 years (Physician **B**illing Preferred)**

**Below is a job description for the position**
- AR Calling
- Insurance Follow UP
- Constantly keep track of both electronic and paper claims
- Always be watchful for any major rejections or denials from clearing houses/ Insurance carriers
- Watch out for payments and EOBs from major Carriers, pay-to-Address, Provider Numbers, etc.
- Ensure the AR days meet Industry Standards
- Denial Management
- Appeals preparation
- Rejections handling
- Eligibility and benefits verification
- Calling US based insurance for queries
- Claims review and corrections
- Resolve billing issues that have resulted in delayed payments
- Meeting quality benchmark
- Handling insurance companies' queries
- Meeting project requirements and specifications, and ensure targeted collections are met on a daily/monthly basis
- Ensure follow-up on pending claims
- Prepare and maintain claim status reports

Skills Required
- 1. Should be willing to work in permanent night Shift

2. Graduation is a must

3. Excellent English Typing Speed (minimum 30 wpm)

4. Spoken English Skills
