Payroll Process Associate

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in handling/managing HR operations in a BPO environment (3rd party preferred) - International or Domestic.
- From Local SPOCs/HRMs if needed and then process the inputs during payroll cutoff
- Ensure the operational aspects of payroll processing, Over Payment recovery, Back Payment, Car & Parking Allowance, Transportation Allowance, CLA, LOP & LOPR etc.
- and address any queries by employees
- Excellent Excel Knowledge is required to ensure 100% audit with accuracy
- Car allowance/Housing Allowance audit to be done every month and reporting must be accurate
- Time & Attendance management system to be validated weekly once and ensure the OT is captured correctly in TMS and KRONOS tool.
- Handling yearly and quarterly activities like BIK, incentive processing etc.
- Reporting out New Hires, Promotions, and Legal Entity Changes, Changes during monthly calls, and ensuring there are no findings.

**PRIMARY SKILLS**:

- Experience in customer relations management
- Skill sets requirement:

- Process management ( Monitoring/Mentoring/managing)
- Clarify questions related to policies/procedures and coordinate with business partners
- Should have Payroll Experience (India/ASEAN Regions)
- Excellent Excel Knowledge

**SECONDARY SKILLS**:

- Graduate / Postgraduate from a reputed University.
- Qualification or Certificate in HR practices/ HR Management.
