**JOB DESCRIPTION - ASSOCIATE RESEARCHER**

Primary responsibility would be to research, develop, and test new chemical products and processes to improve the efficiency and quality of têxtile manufacturing.

**Experience**: 2-3 years

**Qualification**: B.Sc Chemistry

**Location**:Saykha, Gujarat

**Salary**: 20-35k per month

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Identifying research opportunities and developing research proposals to address industry challenges and opportunities.

Conducting research on têxtile materials, chemical processes, and new technologies.

Developing new chemical products, for pre-treatment, sizing, finishes, coatings etc., to modify/enhance têxtile properties

Analyzing and testing têxtile materials to evaluate product quality and performance.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product development meets customer needs, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Managing and prioritizing multiple projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.

Preparing technical reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate research findings and project status.

Keeping abreast of industry developments, trends, and emerging technologies to inform product development and improve competitive position.

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
