**Position: Graphic Designer and Video Editor**

**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Design and develop engaging visual assets, including logos, infographics, banners, social media posts, and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that effectively communicate Bhavalay's mission and values.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos, including promotional videos, educational content, testimonials, and animations, adhering to brand guidelines and storytelling principles.
- Manage and organize multimedia assets, ensuring a cohesive and consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and video editing software to continuously improve the quality and impact of Bhavalay's visual content.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design and video editing skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, take creative direction, and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret and translate ideas into visually appealing designs and videos.
