**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets across B2C, B2B, and online marketplaces.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential B2B clients, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Manage and optimize sales through various online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart).
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the brand and generate leads.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fashion or jewelry industry.
- Strong understanding of B2C, B2B, and e-commerce sales channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for fashion jewelry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
