**Position Overview**:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Video Editing**:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
- Use creative techniques to enhance video quality, including color grading, sound mixing, and visual effects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop video concepts and storyboards.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content for various platforms including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
- **Graphics Design**:

- Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, advertisements, and product packaging.
- Design engaging infographics, illustrations, and animations to convey complex information in a visually appealing manner.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop graphic assets that effectively communicate brand messaging and promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual content.
- Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with team members, including copywriters, marketers, and project managers, to ensure cohesive storytelling and visual consistency across all projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and requirements, and incorporate feedback to refine design concepts.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor and Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Filmora.
- Expertise in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Canva.
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in motion graphics and 3D animation is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
