**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and LinkedIn platforms.
- Conduct detailed audience research and segmentation to ensure high ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve performance.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and create reports for management.
- Collaborate with the content creation team to ensure ads are aligned with overall marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad copy creation.
- Proficiency in using analytical tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Experience with conversion tracking and optimization for leads, sales, and engagement.
