- Make outbound calls to prospective clients
- Explain company products/services in a clear and professional manner
- Maintain a database of leads and follow-up with potential customers
- Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team
- Provide accurate information and resolve basic queries
- Maintain call records and daily reports

**Requirements**:

- 0-1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service (Freshers are welcome)
- Good verbal communication skills in **Hindi and English**:

- Basic knowledge of computers (MS Excel, Word)
- Polite, confident, and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated
