**Job Summary**: The Accounts Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing the financial transactions and records of the organization. This includes maintaining accurate ledgers, preparing financial statements, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. The Accounts Officer plays a crucial role in supporting the overall financial health and integrity of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and registers.
- Record all financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.

**Invoice Processing**:

- Process invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.
- Verify the accuracy of invoices and resolve discrepancies.

**Bank Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile bank statements and ensure that all transactions are accounted for.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

**Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Generate financial reports for management and other stakeholders as required.

**Budget Management**:

- Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets.
- Provide support in budget analysis and variance reporting.

**Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
- Assist in the preparation for external audits and liaise with auditors as needed.

**Payroll Processing**:

- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll.
- Ensure accuracy in salary calculations and deductions.

**Expense Management**:

- Monitor and control expenses to ensure they align with budgetary guidelines.
- Analyze and report on expense trends.

**Financial Analysis**:

- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

**Ad Hoc Tasks**:

- Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by the finance manager or senior management.

**Qualifications**:
Master Degree/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Professional certification if any is a plus.

Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
