**Role Description**:
This is a full-time on-site role for an academic counselor at Edusolve. This role involves effective communication with students & guardians as well as providing career counseling in the field of Education.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strengthen relationships with clients and company partnerships.
- Advise students & parents about their learning needs through counseling sessions.
- Fix appointments on a daily basis including follow-up sessions.
- Follow up on leads & inquiry calls promptly to secure high closing & conversion ratios.

**Academic Counselor (Previous experience in Educational Field Preferrable)**

**Salary: 15,000 to 45,000 (As per the industry standard & based on Experience) + High incentive for each conversion+ Work Performance bonus.**

**Qualification**: Minimum Graduation

**Experience**: 2 to 5 years

**Language Known**: English, Hindi, Bengali.

Knowledge of basic computers is a must.
