- Conduct assessment in a logical way, understand the request/issue from a user perspective and try to identify the faulty component.
- Document request, mandatory information, solution or any necessary information for further investigation
- Consult available documentation & process description, update them when necessary.
- Participate on the management of the virtual team Site Administration Client Technology and manage your own sub team.
- Define shift planning for the virtual team in line with other Supervisor(s) to meet Service Level Agreement
- Conduct regular reviews with the direct reports in line with the company policy
- Manage implementation of agreed process and functional interfaces
- Support assessment of service escalations reported and align with respective Senior Manager

**About you**
- Experience in the travel industry and Site Admin sector
- Written and spoken English and German proficiency
- Excellent knowledge in Client facing Travel Technology and basic experience in the administration of min 1 Application, with knowledge of Sabre GDS
- Internal or external training on mid-level management
- Experience in leadership, quality management, process management (design, document and implement processes) and project management
- International work experience
