We are looking for Accounts Executive
- They should have **minimum 3-5 years of experience **in Accounting
- **Freshers need not apply.**

**Experience in Tally Prime is mandatory**
- Handling petty Cash and bank transactions
- Preparing Cash Vouchers in tally and excel sheets.
- Purchase Bills update in tally.
- Making entries in tally software/ERP
- Update of Outstanding details statements
- Follow up payments from allotted clients
- Preparing data of Service Tax and checking wherein changes will be done by manager.
- Generating Invoices and credit notes
- Project, Rework & Consumable Cost Sheet update periodically
- Metric / Report - 100 % Documentation in respected files.
- Tracking of Outward Materials
- Report - Confirmation report Monthly cross checking with GON, DC and invoices.
- Preparing Service Cost.
- Telephone, Electricity Payment through online.
- Report - Preparing Monthly Sales Statement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
