**Work Experience & Eligibility**

1 - 3 Years of experience in graphic designing.

**Qualification**

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in visual communication, mass communication, graphic design, fine arts etc. Any basic study towards creative and free form art.

**Knowledge Requirements**
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
- Knowledge on design techniques, tools and principles.
- Expert level usage on design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop etc
- Proof and review print materials
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Work closely with Marketing Team to design CRM and Advertising vehicles

- Ability to listen and accept criticism
- Granular understanding on communication requirements
- Ability to think beyond regular
- Ability to reason and challenge status quo
- A keen eye for aesthetics and design details
- Good communication and command over english language

**Roles**

**Responsibilities**

**Designing**
- Responsible for developing design concepts
- Prepare design rough drafts and present ideas
- Skilled with illustrations, logos and other designs
- Strong understanding on the use of colors and layouts
- Enhance customer experience by communicating through designs
- Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, style and submitting them for approval.
- Amend designs after feedback
- Testing graphics across various media.

**Trends and learning**
- Collecting design data from the market using structured instruments.
- Understand the new design trends in the market.
- Continuous effort towards understanding new concepts and design learning

**Accountability**
- Creating and maintaining proper documentation for systems and procedural requirements to build institutional memory.
- Archiving and storage of completed projects for easy retrieval.
- Reporting to the Marketing manager on a daily basis according to the Timeline.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
