We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging - but it matters. - Cybersecurity: Defend SAP’s digital infrastructure through incident response, threat intelligence, forensics, and vulnerability management.
- Physical Security: Safeguard global facilities and employees with access control, surveillance, and emergency planning.
- Security Risk & Compliance: Shape SAP’s compliance posture by developing policies, monitoring controls, and conducting audits.
A unique highlight of the program is the international rotation. You’ll spend part of your journey at one of SAP’s global locations, where you will:
- Work in a multicultural environment
- Gain cross-cultural communication skills
- Build a global professional network
- Learn to adapt security and compliance strategies to diverse regional contexts
This international experience not only strengthens your technical and strategic capabilities but also equips you with the cultural intelligence needed to thrive in a global organization.
You’ll also benefit from:
- comprehensive onboarding experience at SAP’s global headquarters in Germany
- On-the-job learning, mentorship, and professional development
**What You Bring**:
We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to grow into future leaders in security and compliance. Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Public Safety, Security/Crisis Management, or related fields
- Strong analytical mindset and business acumen
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Leadership potential and proactive attitude
- Organizational strength and team spirit
- Proficiency in English
**Meet your team**:
Join a global, collaborative, and purpose-driven security and compliance organization at SAP. Whether you're working in cyber defense, physical security, or compliance, you’ll be part of a diverse and inclusive environment that values your growth and contributions.
At SAP, we don’t just build software—we build trust. As part of our security and compliance team, you’ll help protect the digital backbone of over 400,000 companies worldwide
