
Executive Assistant to CEO

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, and communications.
- Support project coordination and track project progress.
- Maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
- Assist with strategic planning, research, and reports.
- Handle sensitive information confidentially.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably in construction.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; project management software is a plus.
