**Mobilisation Officer - Care Vidya Academy**

**About the Role**

As a **Field Recruiter (Mobilization Officer)**, you will lead community outreach and recruitment efforts to enroll youth in our professional caregiver training and placement program.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Community Outreach & Partnerships**
- Identify and engage with local NGOs, SHGs, Panchayats, and youth groups to generate leads.
- Represent CareVidya Academy at job fairs, community events, and training awareness drives.

**Digital & Telephonic Sourcing**
- Promote training opportunities through WhatsApp, Facebook, and local job forums.
- Make outbound calls in Kannada and Hindi to explain the program and motivate participation.
- Help with form filling, document verification, and training orientation coordination.

**Reporting & Documentation**
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and recruitment efforts using Excel or Google Forms.
- Submit weekly updates to your reporting manager.

**Who Can Apply**

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline

**Required Skills & Attributes**:

- Confident in phone-based communication
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Google Forms)
- Well-organized, motivated, and comfortable working with recruitment targets

**Preferred Experience**:

- Previous work in recruitment, mobilisation, social outreach, or NGO collaboration is a plus.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
