Safety Responsibilities
- Safety Monitoring and Compliance:

- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Monitor adherence to safety protocols and procedures across all PEB construction sites.
- Risk Assessment and Management:

- Perform risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential safety hazards.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to mitigate identified risks.
- Training and Education:

- Conduct safety training programs for employees and subcontractors, including induction training for new hires.
- Ensure that all workers are knowledgeable about safety procedures and equipment use.
- Incident Investigation and Reporting:

- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine causes and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and prepare reports for management review.
- Safety Policy Development:

- Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure that safety policies are communicated and enforced effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Emergency Preparedness:

- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
- Coordinate and conduct emergency drills to ensure preparedness for potential incidents.
- Safety Equipment Management:

- Ensure the availability and proper maintenance of safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Conduct regular checks and maintenance of safety equipment to ensure its functionality.
- Regulatory Compliance:

- Stay updated with local, state, and federal safety regulations and ensure compliance.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and participate in safety audits and inspections.
- Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain comprehensive records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident reports.
- Prepare regular reports on safety performance and present them to senior management.

**Common Tools & Systems Used**
- Safety Management Systems (SMS)
- Fleet tracking and telematics software
- Risk assessment tools
- Incident reporting platforms

Must be exprienece minimum 4-7 Years

Preferable for Ex Service Men/ Ex Public Departments/RTO with efficiency.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
