**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tele calling**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Maintain a detailed record of all calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term customer loyalty.
- Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and visits as needed to address client needs.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist in achieving sales targets by identifying and converting leads into customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve client engagement strategies.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in tele calling, customer service, or relationship management roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
