Key Responsibilities:
**Supplier Identification and Management**:
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers of refurbished mobile devices, both domestically and internationally.
- Establish and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and agreements.
- Conduct regular assessments of supplier performance, monitoring quality, delivery times, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers promptly and effectively.
**Procurement Process**:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize sourcing, pricing, and inventory management.
- Review purchase requisitions, assess inventory requirements, and plan procurement activities accordingly.
- Issue purchase orders to approved suppliers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor the status of purchase orders, track shipments, and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of inventory.
**Quality Assurance and Inspection**:
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that refurbished mobile devices meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming inventory, checking for functionality, cosmetic defects, and authenticity.
- Document and report any discrepancies or issues identified during the inspection process, working with suppliers to address and resolve them.
**Inventory Management**:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including quantities on hand, in transit, and in stock.
- Monitor inventory turnover rates, aging stock, and demand trends to optimize inventory levels and minimize carrying costs.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to manage inventory storage, organization, and replenishment processes.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activities in the refurbished mobile industry.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product diversification, cost savings, and supplier optimization.
- Provide recommendations to senior management based on market insights and data analysis.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the mobile device or electronics industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with procurement software is a plus.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
