An MIS executive, also known as a Management Information System Executive, **oversees all the organisation's information technology activities**. Their duties include planning, integrating and administering all organisational computer-related activities.

**Role Definition**

MIS executive maintains data and extracts reports. These reports are used by management to evaluate the daily activities,make decisions & track progress of the company.

**Responsibility Deliverable**

a. Daily, Weekly and Monthly revenue reports.

b. Maintain all google sheets i.e all processes.

c. Data Structuring.

**Qualification**

Any Graduate in Any Specialization. Any specialised courses in excel, VBA, SQL etc.

**Experience**

a. Minimum 4 yr to 7 years experience in Data Entry/Data Updation/MIS profile.

b. Should be Able To Speak And Write In English.

c. Should have working knowledge of google sheets/documents/forms etc

**Desirable**

a. Working knowledge google sheets/documents/forms etc.

b. Strong knowledge of MS Office.

c. Advanced Knowledge of MS Excel.

d. Strong technical and analytical skills: data processing and mining tools.

e. Should have created a new MIS report or process that has value added in the organisation.

**Tasks & Activities**

1. Review, evaluate and implement the processes through FMS’s.

2. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly revenue sheets.

3. Conducting weekly MIS with management and the concerned departments.

4. Maintaining and reviewing the MIS google sheets at regular intervals.

5. Follow up with different departments for data updation.

6. Structuring the raw data received from HIS, CRM etc.

7. Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.

8. Training the staff regularly.

9. Identify new avenues to automate processes with less human intervention.

10. Preparing presentations, Graphs and analytical reports.

11. Should be a TEAM PLAYER and flexible enough for multitasking.

12. Support the Manager in rolling out the new Projects and Initiatives and also updating on the progress and its impact.

13. Ad-hoc analysis : prepare ad-hoc analysis on Operations data upon requests, using corporate Business Intelligence tool and customizing queries
