Use online databases, MLS listings, and other resources to identify potential leads in the real estate market.
- Research and target potential buyers, sellers, and investors, based on predefined criteria.
- **Cold Calling**:
- Effectively present and promote our real estate offerings to potential clients.
- Overcome objections and handle rejections in a positive manner to keep conversations progressing.
Appointment Setting
- Schedule property viewings, consultations, and meetings between prospects and real estate agents.
- Maintain follow-up schedules to keep leads engaged and on track for future conversion.
Data Entry & CRM Management
- Enter and update lead information in the company CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Track progress and status of each lead and ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
Lead Nurturing
- Engage in consistent follow-up strategies to build rapport and trust with leads over time.
Market Knowledge
- Stay informed about current market trends, local listings, and developments in the real estate industry to provide valuable insights to leads.
- Share information about the real estate market to assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Work closely with sales agents and other team members to optimize lead conversion rates.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies for improving lead generation efforts.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or real estate (preferred).
- Experience with CRM software and lead management systems is a plus.

- Ability to overcome objections and engage leads in meaningful conversations.
- Comfort with cold calling and a passion for initiating conversations.
