**Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and motivated English Content Writer Intern to join our content team. The intern will assist in creating, editing, and optimizing content across various platforms. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for writing, storytelling, and content creation, and is eager to learn more about content marketing.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Write clear, engaging, and original content for blogs, articles, social media, and website pages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that aligns with brand messaging and campaign goals.
- **Research and Development**:

- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to create informative and accurate content.
- Stay updated on industry trends, and incorporate new ideas into content as appropriate.
- **Editing and Proofreading**:

- Edit and proofread drafts to ensure high-quality, error-free content.
- Maintain a consistent tone and style in line with the brand’s voice.
- **SEO Content Optimization**:

- Optimize content with relevant keywords for search engine visibility (with guidance from the SEO team).
- Follow SEO best practices to ensure the content is optimized for search engines.
- **Content Planning and Brainstorming**:

- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for content topics.
- Assist in developing content calendars and schedules.
- **Social Media Support**:

- Support the social media team with captions and creative copy as needed.
- Engage with audiences through comments and feedback, helping to maintain the brand’s tone.
- **Performance Tracking**:

- Use basic analytics tools to track and report on content performance.
- Provide insights on what content is performing well and areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Understanding of digital content and content marketing basics.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content management systems (like WordPress) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Number of articles, blog posts, or social media posts created per week or month.
- Target: Completion of 5-10 quality content pieces per month with mínimal revisions.
- **Engagement Metrics**:

- Measure engagement metrics such as views, likes, shares, and comments on published content.
- Target: 10-15% month-over-month improvement in engagement metrics for published content.
- **SEO Optimization and Keyword Usage**:

- Track the use of assigned keywords within content and the impact on search rankings.
- Target: 80-90% compliance with SEO best practices for each piece of content.
- **Research Accuracy and Originality**:

- Ensure that all content is well-researched, accurate, and original.
- Target: 100% plagiarism-free content with sources cited where necessary.
- **Proofreading and Grammar**:

- Track the number of edits required after initial submission.
- Target: Reduce grammatical errors and structural edits by 20% over the internship.
- **Content Calendar Adherence**:

- Ability to meet content deadlines as per the content calendar.
- Target: 90% adherence to deadlines and timely submission.
- **Learning and Skill Development**:

- Participation in training sessions or online courses relevant to content writing.
- Target: Completion of 1-2 courses or workshops in content marketing or SEO writing.
