**Job Title**: Visa Filling Officer (Tourist Visa Specialist - All Countries)

**Job Location**: Karnal

**Department**: Immigration & Visa Services

**Experience Required**: 1-3 years (freshers with strong knowledge can apply)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle end-to-end tourist visa file preparation for all countries (Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, UAE, etc.)
- Guide clients on visa documentation, eligibility, and embassy procedures.
- Prepare cover letters, itineraries, and financial documents as required.
- Verify and organize all documents before submission.
- Coordinate with embassies, VFS centers, and consulates for appointments and queries.
- Stay updated with latest visa rules, regulations, and document requirements.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and professionalism.
- Keep records of all processed files for reporting and follow-ups.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in visa processing, preferably for multiple countries.
- Strong knowledge of tourist visa requirements and embassy protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using computers, online forms, and documentation tools.
- Ability to handle multiple files and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Graduation in any stream; diploma in travel/immigration is a plus.
- Knowledge of B2C/B2B visa services is an advantage.
